The pool service provides regular cleanings as well as standard chemicals. These include powder or liquid shock, chlorine tablets, salt, muriatic acid, bicarb and DE. Additional items would be algaecides used for green pools or turn arounds, black algae, drain and wash, filter breakdown & cleanings, sand changes, salt cell cleanings, repairs, stain removal, and calcium removal or preventative treatments.
We automatically invoice on the first of each month in advance. Should services start mid-month, the amount will be prorated for weeks received.
We service your pool every week, regardless of the weather. We only bill for monthly service, which comes to 48 out of the 52 weeks of the year. This does allow us flexibility with the 4 weeks to be brought down to chemical service only or missed due to holidays or bad weather. If any such situation is planned, you will be notified in advance.
We have the ability to accept credit cards for a slight additional fee per month, ACH, check, cash, Venmo, CashApp and Zelle. If you have interest in another payment method, let us know and we would be happy to look into it!
For sand filters, it is typically every week. DE filters are backwashed and recharged once a month unless otherwise needed.
There is no need to be home, so long as we have access to the pool and equipment, and any violent animals are put away. We will always text or call prior to arrival to allow any communication for questions or concerns, and allows time to open gates/put pets away.
On average, a pool cleaning takes approximately 20 minutes. There are variables that can factor in with pool care, but we are thorough and detail oriented to ensure your pool is sparkling.
